Hi, I’m Alyssa Pitt, a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Certified Myofunctional Therapist, and Feeding Specialist serving the Charleston, SC area. With over 13 years of experience in both medical and school-based settings, I provide expert care for pediatric and adult clients, addressing a wide range of speech, feeding, and myofunctional disorders.

I founded Functional Therapy Solutions LLC to bring personalized, evidence-based therapy directly to clients in the office, homes, daycares, and preschools—creating a comfortable and supportive environment for progress.
